A grasshopper can be painted blue and be called Rainbow Dash but it'll always be a grasshopper.

Well, it may be a lion, but he isn't Mufasa. Mufasa is a lion, but not all lions are named Mufasa. It's Optimus. Regardless of what species he is, it's Optimus.

If it looks like Mufasa, it is Mufasa. And that's exactly what this is, it's Mufasa recolored Red and Blue

I freaking drew it. I know who I intended to draw. I drew some things a bit differently although it's not massively noticeable so that it wouldn't be exactly like Mufasa. I drew it, I decide what it is. If you don't like it, don't like the colors, don't come bashing it. I wanted to draw the Transformers in the Lion Kind style, and this is the first one. It IS Optimus. Not Mufasa. Just because it looks similar doesn't make it that thing. Identical twins look the same, but they are two different people. So please, don't come onto my artwork and tell me what I drew. I know what I drew. And I drew Optimus as a lion. I used about four different pictures for reference when I drew this and not all of them were Mufasa.

If it had characteristics that differed from Mufasa, say different jaw line, eyebrows, eyes, etc etc, I'd agree with you, but it is a recolored Mufasa.

Leave me the fuck alone. Go somewhere else and criticize someone. I drew it. I know what I drew. I do not want you commenting anymore. Ok. So it looks like him. It's got his jawline, his eyes. SO WHAT? Mufasa is how I envision Optimus. The mane was detailed a bit differently so as to be similar to Simba. It may be BASED on Mufasa, look like him, BUT IT IS NOT HIM! You clearly just wanna argue. I DO NOT. I am free to post what I want, I gave my dues to Disney for what it is based on. If you wanna tell me I can't draw, or that I suck. Fine. But DO NOT tell me what I drew. I know what the hell I drew. End of discussion.
