About Him

Cyrus “Cousin”/ Best friend.

He is much older than many furomimis, but was rarely seen since he spent more time away from home.

He has a bag full of small gold coins made from real human coins by his former master. He keeps them as the most precious thing he has since his master died for old age.

Esmerald does not know how to stand still for long. He is also extremely curious about the human world so he spent the five years there before having to return to Ekitai . Spending much of the time at Cyrus' house before he could return to the human world again.

His first owner was a gypsy who taught him everything he knows today, given his own culture, like caring for yourself and about your own drink.

When he returned to the human world for the second time he could not find his first owner , he was no longer in the place before, so he spent years coming and going between different hands until he finally found him again. The human was already old, but he still remembered Esmerald. Esmerald stayed the last years beside his first owner until he passed away, returning to Ekitai deciding to remain for an indeterminate time.

In the time he spent in Ekitai to "recharge" he used to do shows and dance performances to pass the time, not knowing that he had become "famous" until he began receiving more visitors than he imagined in his dance lessons, where also sings a few times.

Aside from the lessons he gives, Esmerald can also be found helping his cousin with his clothes (which is how he learned to sew), "reading" someone else's future when they ask him and/or flirting with someone.

He and Kohi do not get along, but do not go so far as to hate each other.

He loves any kind of adventure, whether small or large, if it's fun he'll be there.

He loves to seduce people and does not refuse a request to go out on a date. But recently, unexpectedly, a fox named Takumi stole his heart.
