The One Man Army Corps. was a program created by the Global Peace Agency to make a hero out of the most basic of people. One such person was Buddy Blank, having no real special qualities about him, but had a heart of gold. Something that GPA was truly looking for in a candidate. Buddy willingly volunteered, knowing it would be a chance to be a hero. Through a molecular manipulation beam, Buddy Blank was granted superhuman abilities via manipulation of the dormant mete-gene within Buddy Blank. Buddy was taller, stronger, and faster than he ever was, but as a result of the transformation, OMAC was nothing like Buddy in terms of personality and thinking. Buddy's heart at times shinned through, but ultimately OMAC was a separate personality. Believing he was always who he has been, which in turn left Buddy no memory of being OMAC when the transformation is reversed. To ensure that OMAC always had the means to finish the job, as well as make sure he stays on task, he is constantly monitored by Brother Eye, a satellite with AI that could fire a molecular altering ray to grant OMAC the powers he needed. Should OMAC get into a deep trouble or go rogue, Brother Eye would change OMAC back into Buddy Blank. This partnership slowly developed as Brother Eye grew concern for Buddy Blank and began to act as a conscience to OMAC. Slowly but surely bringing out more of Buddy's traits and possibly, merge the two personalities together.
