A hybrid of boa constrictor and a diamondback rattle snake, Dr. Titano Boa Diamond specializes in genetic manipulation. Specifically, to infuse DNA into others to metamorphosize them into hybrids like himself. His reasoning for this is a simple one, because he can crush prey and slowly kill them with his venom, he sees himself as the apex serpentine predator. As a result, the science community has written him off as a complete quake. For his experimentations have been classified as being an upfront to nature by disturbing evolution. Titano however does not see it that way and believes that his methods will allow solutions to many of life's problems to be better discovered. All he needs is a few test subjects to continue his research. Even if it means obtaining them through less than ethical means.
