The Vehicle Transporter in RL, acts as a place to put the vehicle builds you have. In the game itself, it both acts as a means to transport vehicles as well as a racing mini-game. The racing would most likely be based around the Midway Arcade games but use the actual vehicles builds. Much like the Gadget Storage, the Vehicle Transporter gets filled in game with every vehicle build you own. With enough gold bricks and studs, you go here to unlock the alternate builds of the vehicles.
