Great background!
I know you're just doodling, but I would suggest making your poses a bit more dynamic: When reaching out for something the ring finger and little finger use would bend stronger, rotating the hand a bit can also make the pose more dramatic. (I sometimes like to try the pose myself for reference) The right shoulder should go up which will usually cause the hips to tilt the opposite way making the body less symmetrical.
Placing the character's feet exactly at the bottom border of the image is a bit of an odd choice, it makes the viewer become weirdly aware of the frame...
You were probably focusing on the colors anyways, and I think those turned out amazing.

*When you finally received a good constructive criticism* Feels Good man. Well Most of what you've said regarding on what i'm probably focusing on colors. You are right. When i doodling i tend to focus on color to sway my mood or emotions in that way i could relax at some point. And the part you suggest i'll take note of them.
