Description A close up of a Dartmoor pony on Dartmoor. I was lucky enough to spend two days on Dartmoor in June 2014 just to take pictures of the wild ponies. Dartmoor is a National Park in the South West of England and on it live these wonderful ponies. Although they are owned by farmers they live wild on the moor all year round. It is the most wonderful experience to be out there with them in such a beautiful landscape.Β

How could I forget the feet. Β I worked for a vet and she didn't like working with large animals. Β One of the reasons was because horses kick and step on you. Β Luckily for her the practice was just for small animals. Β
