Description
These are the remains of a deserted village near Cill Chriosd on the Isle Of Skye. This is the one remaining building still standing. In the background is the mighty Blaven (Bla Bheinn) wearing it's winter coat.I have not been able to find the full story of this place. I think it may have been connected to the marble works which have long gone though it may have been connected to the nearby church which is also in ruins. Either way the people moved on and the buildings were left to fall into ruins.
