Great picture!
Did you get the idea form the picture of Goya titled "Saturn devoring one of his children"?

Well yes and no....... our government stinks and the pity of it is that Goya's work still fits the moment.

Hmm. If I'm not mistaken, did you model this off of Goya's "Saturn Devouring His Son"?

Totally reminds me of Francisco Goya's "Saturn Devouring His Children" done somewhere between 1819 and 1823 -- his was oil on canvas. Was a pretty gruesome and disturbing picture -- same sentiment here. XD Nice work.

XDD! Sweet. I talked to my art prof today and he said that Goya periodically went insane due to lead poisoning -- thus his horrible imagery -- witches and the whole darker side of mythology. But...no one can beat his powerful anti-war imagery. He's brilliant as an artist, even if he IS disturbing. Awesome work.

...and Francisco Goya also went deaf due to lead poisoning as well. It was an interesting conversation. *nodnod* Congratulations for making my art class discussion! *laughs*
