Beautiful photograph! It seems a tilt-shift filter was applied here, it looks good though. Nicely focused.

Noise reduce, the use of treshold filter to decrease the camera's dirt, was taken with my old Nikon Coolpix 12 mpxl, in a foggy cloudy afternoon in the top of a mountain.
