Do to an increase in females joining the army the military had to cut cost on uniforms and focus more on giving them advanced weapons instead. Besides most war torn countries are hot anyways.

Perfect color choices! And I'm psyched you found that digital camo pattern. I wouldn't lose any sleep over who to credit for that. If anything you've created perhaps the most compelling recruitment poster ever. 
Undecided about dirt or no dirt on face. Probably leaning towards dirty faced, beacuse it tells more of a story.

ooh thanks for reminding me....i found the digital camo pattern online. all i did was copy the image...pasted it in photoshop...and with a little bit of erasing and cropping...wallah! camo undies.
