I made this 2 weeks ago. Wanted to upload this one right after I finish another artwork, but I realized I wouldn't be able to finish that artwork before the deadline of #draw-em-all 's humongous collab.
I'm lucky I got Azurill. 
Oh well, so this is my first deviation then. Not very impressive.
Sorry, watchers. 
Might scrap this in the future.
Done in GIMP 2.6.10 in an hour.
