Hello, thank you for viewing my work.I wanted to draw the Nanosuit for quite some time, but only now I have enough confidence to draw it
It's very challenging to draw, due to its tight-fitting and muscular appearance. Anatomical knowledge is very critical in here. I revised and revised my sketches many times over because of this. and yet, I still made some small error T_T
Drawing the Nanosuit for female is harder because female muscles and anatomy are different then male, so I had to re-assemble the nano-muscles a bit, then adjusting it very carefully because I don't want the girl's body become like a weightlifter's >.<
This is also my first attempt at drawing water. It's soooo hard..... For me, it looked more like ice than water
I was thinking of placing Crysis 2 logotype on it, so it would look like an alternate cover
But I decided to omit it, because I'm not sure it would look better that way....One question remains, though.....
How the hell do you wear that thing?
15+ hours, Made in SAI with Bamboo, 411 MB file size, tweaked very little in ACDSee Pro 3.

Being unfamiliar with Crysis, my first reaction was "USR designed a powersuit". The title almost sounds like an advertisement.
And of course, she's really cute.
I'm not exaggerating to say this has influenced my vision of human augmentation.

getting it on isnt the problem, getting it off is very very very very very very very very hard, the suit becomes symbiotic and melds to you, it wont come off unless you die, or get captured by C.E.L.L and get skinned

Actually as seen in crysis 2 if you put in a certain code u can take off the suit manually but the suit will always remember ur DNA

Yes but he put the suit on alcatraz before he shot himself so that means you can take off the suit but it wont assit any other wearer until ur dead

i came on Deviant art to look up Crysis stuff and told myself "there probably won't be a female Nanosuit drawing/art in general" and thus i was wrong and ty for proving me wrong with this great job

mk1 you could take of for a while but you'd suffer mild to severe phycic withdrawl/skitzo atacks longest out was 6-15 months (in comic phyco has a family i think) mk2 permanent their post human thats why you see prophet dead with the under suit merged instead of nomad whos suit was removed after he died blowing up the mothership in the comic.

Awesome Nanosuit, but poor girl.
As far as i know, it is a molecule-integrated gear, so if she put that on, she would not be able to take it off.

It can be taken off, just quite hard.
The reason the suit cannot be taken off Alcatraz is because it's the only thing that keeps him alive. He's critically injured at the beginning of the game and the suit Prophet gave him was healing and fusing to his body simultaneously.
Besides, we saw Prophet wore some kind of "undersuit" when we saw his body at the beginning. I think the Nanosuit is supposed to be worn with that undersuit to prevent it from fusing into the wearer's body.

only way to get the mk 2 off is to be skinned by C.E.L.L where you have a remote chance of survival.

i think the armor work a litle less because of less musculatur but the stealth better for more speed

(i dunno why but i thought of MGS when i saw this. XD) This is really cool though. I think you've done well with the suit. The background is pretty nice to, the clouds being the best part. (imo) However, I think the arm not holding the gun seems a bit long... I'm not entirely sure though so I wouldn't change it or anything.

Indeed.
It's extremely hard to draw if we don't have a good grasp of anatomy and human muscular system yet. And when it moves or poses, there will be muscle contraction and relaxation, which is even more hellish to draw. Fortunately, I have an anatomy book in my hand.
I also had the crazy idea of creating the nanofibre texture, but it's too bothersome, so I abandoned it
IIRC, it took about 9-10 hours over the course of three days
