Yes it did. Just tying several egg grenades on the m17 with wire. Though i am still not clear what its propose. Maybe anti vehicle, personnel or construction

Probably it was antipersonnel grenade, designed for convoy ambush. When enemy convoy appear near the ambush party, they threw the grenade and the blast would kill or injured several personnel that walked near the vehicle for cover.

Sorry the stick grenade should be Model 24 Stielhandgranate. Those egg grenades are M39 Eihandgranate.
From Wiki:
Although they were not individually very effective against armoured vehicles and fortifications, the grenade could be used in an improvised "bundle" style with another six explosive heads (without their sticks) wired around the central stick grenade. These were known as Geballte Ladung (literally "baled charge" or "concentrated charge").
