It is! I believe that there is some kindness in UF!Papyrus- atleast to Sans. And hoooooo UF!Sans is just soft and angry like a marshmallow but like- angry. pfft.
Lili? Eh, I don't really know. I think she's more like Monster Kid. Like she's abit rough on the edges, but still fears using the [FIGHT] option. What about Phylia?

Phylia is downright mean in the UF!AU. In Undertale, she's meant to be a sweet little strawberry slime girl who owns a candy shop in the underground. In Underfell, she's a poison apple slime girl, so she can be deadly. Her horns are also larger, and overall, she's just the opposite of UT!Phylia. I actually have a drawing of her and my UF!Skelesona somewhere in my gallery. Basically, UF!Phylia should be avoided at all costs. /sweats
