A strange moth that took residence in Dirtmouth alongside the vessels she raising as her own children. She came to Hallownest armed with an unusual nail and tome with ancient knowledge long forgotten for personal reasons, and claims that she can’t return to her homeland. She runs a small shop of herds and potions, since her true profession, healer, isn’t need with only a few residents and she doubt they will get hurt often. So keep the shop running and food on the table, she and her family travel different parts of the kingdom for suppliers and exploring the ruins of the old kingdom for clues that cause the ravenous infection that ruined countless of lives.

Often a quiet and polite bug that usual never alone with at less one, mainly Momo, her children hiding under her wings for warmth and safety. Velvet always seems to be generating heat within herself so she hasn’t felt cold since she was a grub and worries about her children frequently due to children shenanigans.
