To answer, the model is a Reaper miniatures "03340: Cassie, Female Gnome Wizard" a bit less than 28 mm figurine in white metal. I painted it in 6 hours with acrylic paints from Vallejo and Games Workshop. I used as reference an image made by one of the most awesome artists I know here on dA
