Description Colonel Mael Radec from the ever so wicked PS3 exclusive; Killzone 2, developed by Guerrilla Games.

He's not 100% accurate on purpose. I gave him my personal touch for many areas for a few reasons. Later on down the road I'll make a more accurate version.
