I hope you already read Naruto Gaiden Chapter 10, in which Sasuke, Sakura and Karin themselves confirmed that Sakura is, indeed, Sarada's biological mother:
-> Firstly, Sakura herself said right away that she is Sarada's real mother.
-> Secondly, Sasuke himself told Sarada that she is the living proof of him and Sakura being connected, thus basically stating that she is the living proof of him and Sakura loving each other. After their marriage, he and Sakura decided to transform their love into a precious child. If he and Sakura hadn't loved each other, Sarada wouldn't have existed. She wouldn't have been born. But she EXISTS and her simple existence shows the deep connection between her parents. c;
^ This is what Sasuke truly meant while saying: "Because you EXIST, Sarada.". (This is what he truly said in both the raws and the Media Viz translation, which, as I've already said, is the ONLY official translation. Thus, in the online translations, his words were WRONGLY translated as "Because we have you, Sarada.")
^ Sarada immediately understood Sasuke's words perfectly and, thus, started crying happily right after hearing them, as this was the ultimate confirmation she needed in order to know for sure that Sakura really was her real mother! :3
-> Furthermore, Karin herself also confirmed that Sakura is, indeed, Sarada's real mother, that the umbilical cord was between Sakura and Sarada (this being the reason why the DNA test was 100% positive, as an umbilical cord contains only the DNA of the child), that she was only the one who had helped Sakura give birth to Sarada (thus, being the midwife) and that she had only wanted Sasuke to be happy (thus, basically admitting that Sakura was he only one who could bring happiness to Sasuke).

She literally has exactly the very same wide eye shape (which can be seen so clearly in chapter 8, in the panel where Sarada's facial features are focused on), same eyelashes, same face shape, same big forehead and her hair is mainly straight like Sakura’s (actually, her hair is more of a combination of her parents'). Basically, Sarada is a black-haired and black-eyed Sakura. Also, Sarada hasn't ever had ANY resemblance to Karin, besides the fact that they both wear glasses. Take her glasses off and you'll be able to see this fact right away.
I hope you also "enjoyed" how Naruto Gaiden chapters 9 and 10 showed us that, besides her facial features, Sarada also naturally inherited Sakura’s extremely good chakra control, thus having the very same amazing strength and being able to punch just like her mother.

For the sake of argument, let's say that this was a real life situation: instead of just arguing with your kid over and over and can't providing any evidence, why not take them to a hospital, do some blood tests and show them the results? It is really ridiculous to continue supporting Karin as a canon mother of Sarada after ALL official sources have confirmed that she is the daughter of Sakura.
But basically what Kishimoto and his staff know about it is only the creator, not the validity of a disappointed shipper.
Also, they would have created 10 chapters to explain who his mother is and then ... lie saying it's Sakura? Seriously? What sense would it have, since this story is closed and will no longer be open?
Ps. To give Sakura a bad mother, one must be really blinded by hatred.

I am going to talk solely in regard to the part from your comment that I actually care about. This is mainly, of course, the Sarada-Karin thing.
Firstly, no. I hope you do realize that the canon series itself is not still going. The canon material is already over (except for one very last One-Shot that I am going to talk about later in this comment). You were probably referring to the Boruto Manga that is going to be released in May, eh? Despite this, I hope you do realize that it is NOT canon, as it isn't drawn and written by Kishi himself. Its artist is one of Kishi's assistants, whose art style is completely different from Kishi's (you should go check this future Manga's previews that have already been released, in order to see just how different the characters will look in it - it's like we're not even talking about the same characters), while its writer is the person who helped Kishi with the script for Boruto: Naruto The Movie and the one who wrote the Gaara Hiden Novel. Considering the fact that Kishi will only "supervise" this manga, it cannot and won't be considered canon by any means. Don't get me wrong, though. I would love to have more canon material from Kishi himself, but I am not interested at all in something that looks like nothing but a fanart.
As I've previously said, Kishi's last official work regarding Naruto will be an One-Shot regarding Mitsuki and the relationship between Orochimaru and him, so we'll finally receive some information regarding him. I've heard that it will be pretty long, as it'll have a large number of pages. And it's nice to have something about Mitsuki, too, as we already had Naruto Gaiden in order to find out more about Sarada and see her development and we also had Boruto: Naruto The Movie for Boruto's development. Thus, of course we also needed to have something regarding Mitsuki, as he's the only character who is still covered with mystery (well, we don't know who Metal Lee's mother is, either, but we sadly won't ever know, as Kishi avoided this topic on purpose and even confirmed in one interview that he hadn't thought about who his mother actually is).
^ Still, this is the last canon material that we'll ever receive from Kishi. And this is an One-Shot, so we won't even be able to actually place it through the actual Manga. The actual Manga ended with Naruto Gaiden Chapter 10.

Furthermore, I hope you also enjoyed how Naruto Gaiden chapters 9 and 10 showed us that, besides her facial features, Sarada also inherited Sakura’s extremely good chakra control, thus having the same amazing strength as Sakura and being able to punch just like her mother. c: And yes, good chakra control is naturally inherited. Sakura herself has had an extremely good chakra control from the very beginning of the series, just like Kakashi himself stated in one of the very first chapters of the original Naruto Manga. That's because, just like in Sarada's case, Sakura's good chakra control was naturally inherited. Of course, as the time went by, Sakura stared to train more and was eventually able to control her chakra even better, but she still had had a very good chakra control since the very beginning.
And even if Sarada actually met Karin in the future, this would have NOTHING to do with Sarada's parentage, as, as I've said, her parentage is officially confirmed. xD If they actually met in the future, this would only mean that Sarada would meet for the first time both the person who assisted her mother while she was giving birth to her and the person who obliged Suigetsu to offer her a new pair of glasses in order to make up for the extreme misunderstanding, but this after he firstly explained to Sarada what had actually happened during the DNA test, of course. That's all.
