This isn't really a tutorial, it's more of an overview of how I created the Red Riding Huntress.
The most useful methods I picked up during my journey with digital art are:
1. Creating a color thumbnail - helps establish the mood and color palette
2. Keeping a record of progress - by taking screenshots of the progress, I can keep track
the development and determine if something is missing or overdone. Together with the color thumbnail,
it's easier to judge whether the piece is going in the way that was intended. Somethings will always change,
so I use it as a guideline not a definite reference.

I really like this one because it explains the use of the color wheel and why it's organized the way it is. If you have some trouble with picking colors, check this video out.
