Cute! My budgie is sitting next to me right now. Sadly, he refuses to be tame, though. He just likes chilling with me within his cage.

When I was living in Virginia years back in 1990, I had a roommate who had a basement room full of birds. One of them was like this cocktiel, named Lacy. Lacy loves to get on our heads! Especially me, LOL, I usually wasn't expecting her coming onto my head, I would get startled and my roommate would laughed at my reaction. 
Then later after I was married, me and my ex got Peach love birds. Chestnut and Banana(my bird was yellow). Banana was shy and never want out, but Chestnut will fly around or whatever.... They were beautiful birds.
