thanks. using fine the right shaped tool i had to do the scales one by one. sounds like a lot, but it was quite fun to do at that time...

using pointed/fine dental and sculpting tools.
i cant describe it well but similar to drawing details with sharpened pencil, sofetn the edges of each scale. as quickly as i can...
