don't envy, my friend, just practice i just don't show off my old work much, but i've been drawing and doodling NONSTOP for a good twenty years now. when you draw all the time, or just continue to draw the same thing over and over, you will be better than me. i have actually hit a sort of plateau, struggling with laying fabrics on top of the figures. I wish i had saved the original figure for Aosoth, it was something to be proud of...

don't be discouraged, these things take time. you are already way better at mechanical things than me, with your mech drawings and things your weaponry is far ahead of mine too...

that's what I REALLY lack...
20 years you say?! wow! that's a LOOONG time...
for coloring your works, I think the best thing is to do it without thinking, at first you don't need to think if you're doing right or wrong...
it will get better and better over time...

but don't worry, I'm not the type to give up...
