(I know I asked this many times but..) What program do you use for this? And whichever one, how did you make it sparkly? I'd love to learn how to get better at drawing from you. (I don't think it's obvious but, I have never taken any art classes, art schools, or even art anything! I've never learned to draw from someone, I learned myself, and I thought if I got some hints on how to draw from an experienced drawer like you, maybe I'd get better)

I use paint tool sai for all of my drawings, sparkles just take practice.

but i had two really close friends who were amazing artists. until now i have never taken an art class, I am basically just a fast learner. I see a style that i like, and I just try and incorperate it into mine.Β Β
