One day, a little fox wandered into a garden, looking for something to eat. He saw a young girl walking by with a basket of fruit, including some ripe looking grapes. The fox skipped after the girl saying "Oh, please let me have some grapes!"

"No, fox." said the girl, holding the basket higher. "I can't let you have any grapes."

"Oh come on!" The fox jumped at the basket, trying to grab the grapes. "Let me have some grapes!"

"No, fox!" The girl held the basket even higher. "You can't have any!"

"Well, fine!" groused the fox as he sauntered off. "Those grapes were probably sour anyway!"

Moral: When people can't have what they want, they act like they never wanted it to begin with.
