I created this image using the Snow Queen Scene Maker game from Azaleasdolls.com. This kind of represents my idea of a new version of the fairy tale, Snow White and Rose Red. My version combines elements from Snow White and Rose Red, Snow White and the 7 Dwarfs, Snow Queen, and maybe even Little Red Riding Hood. I really like how both of them turned out, but I will admit, I could have done better with Rose Red's second look.
In this version, Snow White possess the same power of ice and snow as the Snow Queen. She, of course, will possess the ebony black hair, snow white skin, and rose red lips like in Snow White and the 7 dwarfs, but later on, in the story, I was thinking that her hair turns white as snow or at least ice-blonde. In terms of personality, Snow will be more introverted. She will reserved, quiet, calm, shy and maybe a loner, with Rose being one of the few friends she has.
As for Rose Red, I was thinking maybe she could be the daughter of the Huntsman or maybe even Snow White's half-sister or stepsisters, the daughter of Snow White's Father and Evil Stepmother. Since Snow White would power of snow and ice, Rose Red would have power over fire and heat. She will start out having light blonde hair and when gets her powers, it will turn a fiery red color. Her personality will be the opposite of Snow's, more extroverted. Like the powers that she possesses, she will be hot-headed, stubborn, loud, outgoing and have a lot more friends than Snow.
While they will be total opposites, they will have some similarities. They will both share the same caring, compassionate heart and have a close bond with each other. They will have their ups and downs like all friends and siblings do, but they will always overcome them in the end and become closer than ever.
