I'm still learning how to toning well.Again, it's not my original style (coz I'm still exploring more styles). Anyway, I do really love her hair, I added some highlights on the hair.
Lineart & toning done in Manga Studio.

Do you mean which is better?
I think for toning, Manga studio is easier & more -manga look-, but for coloring or editing PS is the best (for me)!

i kind of just use ps all in one, i saw manga studio goes for about 30 dollars, was thinking of getting it since it was kinda cheap, but since i've already got PS, wasn't sure

I use the demo version, my friend downloaded it, so I got it from her.
for making lineart Mangastudio is more easier than PS, you should try it! just advise...
