This is my main villainess, The Shadow, dressed as Kali, the Hindu goddess of time and death and destructive wife of Shiva the destroyer. Kali is regarded as a good goddess, vanquishing evil and protecting people. She's just a little bloodthirsty. She also is regarded to exist outside the concept of time.

Kali is most recognized by her necklace of human skulls and is always sticking her tongue out. In Hinduism, gods and avatars are usually blue-skinned, but I went with her normal skin tone. Kali also has anywhere from 2 to 10 arms.
