I finally have time to do some art and decided to look through some old reference sheets for some inspiration and came up with this. I used these two pictures as references for the poses:

In my headcanon, Ahadi and the strange lion, Jaakobah never got along due to Jaakobah's jealousy. Jaakobah was originally betrothed to Uru, but that changed after Ahadi joined Mohatu's pride, not to mention, Uru never had an interest in Jaakobah. Once Mohatu stepped down as king and named Ahadi and Uru the rulers of the Pridelands, Jaakobah began challenging Ahadi for the throne. These fights would occur often by Jaakobah constantly provoking Ahadi until he lost his patience. Since Ahadi was way more experienced in fighting from his life as a rouge, he would always be the winner. Normally after losing a challenge, a lion would be exiled from the pride, but since Ahadi knew that Uru and Jaakobah were close friends, he allowed Jaakobah to be an exception and never mentioned the challenges to Uru. Jaakobah took advantage of Ahadi's mercy and kept up with constantly challenging Ahadi, in hopes that he would be able to come on top. Eventually, this would all come to end after Jaakobah decided to take drastic measures to claim the throne.
