In a way, I think I like this one more because you see more of his expression! He looks like he's in deep thought and there's something about that I find very interesting though I could just be looking too deeply into something again.xD Either way, the entire thing is very calming - the blue hues kind of make you smile. And the way you shaded it is also very lovely! Well done - I think both halves are good for their own reasons. c:

Ah, I'm so glad! I always try to read stuff into pictures but sometimes I fear, as you know, that I'm reading too much into it. I think a lot can be shown through pictures so it's quite fascinating~
