At first I hated him with a full of passion because the first time I was playing this, I was on the GD route. Then did NG+ on GD for further paralogue maps and -SPOILERS- he flipping appeared in Petra's and Bernie's paralogue map. Then he appeared on Dimitri's paralouge map in my Blue Lions route in the Post Time Skip. And my goodness, he will never give up! But when I started on the Black Eagles route, I find myself kinda liking the guy... Except when he doesn't threaten the f outta me from his C Support with the teach.
Needless to say, he can be mean and threatening on the outside, but he has a good heart on the inside with good intentions, especially with the Church and GD Routes when -SPOILERS AGAIN- he wrote a letter, knowing he was going to be defeated alongside with Edelgard and he even pinpointed out of where the light of javelin came from too! This means I kinda took a turn for Hubert from here on out. When I first saw this scene from the GD route, I literally cried my heart out.
Again, gj on the art and the atmosphere of Hubert.
