I know she's a kid, but she used her first wish to wish for a baby elephant without thinking to explain to the adults where it came from especially when Louie points out that Scrooge might start asking questions about where the baby elephant came from and when it ends up running amok after being scared by Mrs. Beakley, Huey has to use one of his wishes to wish the elephant away. So when she gets the "brilliant" idea from what Gene suggested to wish all of her stuffed animals to life, thereby using up her last wish, they end up being hard to control and run amok through Scrooge's mansion. Suffice to say, it leads to Scrooge learning that "Gene" is actually a genie when Louie is forced to use up his last wish to undo Webby's wish.
