Description A painting I'm still fairly happy with, based upon the cover of a Maclean's news magazine. Watercolour.

I have to agree with kiwiisntfruit, the colours you used on the geese are fantastic, and they look even better against the greys. Seeing the blues and dark oranges in the same area made my eyes smiiiiile.

They are bejewelled geese. If only real geese were so colourful.

Investors migrate back to industrial stocks!
Flocking for more profits and higher dividends!
Stockholders wonder if the new Carbon tax will clip their wings.

Picture looks great.

Nice work. And somewhat chilling to see all those Canadian Geese and the backdrop of all those factories and the pollution. btw, I went through several of the pieces in your gallery and I have to say: You have an awesome and unique style. Not to mention a whole lot of talent.

Thank you, those geese took a long time. Any credit for the scene goes to Maclean's cover photographer though.

I love the number of colors in the geese, especially against the grey background. The lines are nice and soft and watercolor-y.

THis is such a peaceful scene--I love it!
