Yep. Like a wash of color over the photo? This one has a blue thing going on, maybe a little yellow. Its not the normal set of colors that would be found in the photograph. I'm not very good at explaining.

Photoshop. If its in camera, its called white balance. So if you have a cyan cast on a photo you havent edited, it means you have a "cyan shift" in the photo.
