Oh my goodness, now you have one lucky sister. This is an absolutely gorgeous fantasy piece.
I'm really loving these animals. The glow worm cat and snail dog are probably my favourites. The tiny little animal perched on the older fairy's shoulder is also full of charm. The fairies are also full of charm, and while the baby's wings look a little awkward coming out from under her beetle shell (they would look more natural if they seemed to be coming straight out of the baby's back like her sister's are), I kind of like how the shell kind of looks like a ladybird's and toadstool caps at the same time, making two different magical fairy effects.
The background is simply gorgeous. The feel of this portrait has both the delight of a morning walk through a home garden with the tulips, and the mystique and wonder of the fairy world beyond with that deep forest and the firefly light that bathes the entire area, and gives the older of the two figures an almost neon glow against her skin that is brilliantly otherworldly. And double triple kudos for those fantastic toadstools the duo is seated on, your soft tones capturing the natural innocence of this glimpse of the two's fairy world with perfection. I think I'm just realizing how much I adore the way you draw toadstools.
Fantastic work. I believe a favourite is in order.

With all those legs the glow cat makes me think of the cat bus from Totoro just a tiny bit. XD Otherwise I really like the setting and the atmosphere.
