Oh hey I didn't spam the Smudge tool for the foreground's shading this time! : O

Anyways, yeah, I like Drako, if only because his design is cool. Too bad he was such a one-dimensional character -- especially compared to villains as great as Agent Bishop.

This is based off of a statement Drako makes when he explains that he spent like most of his life studying the Warstaff. He's in the multiverse's darkest and most empty library ever.
