Well, it's actually the title of 's Transformers fanfic series. The word "deux" means "two" in French, and "claret" is the color similar to crimson/dark red. Since the trilogy mainly focuses on Starscream and his lover, I guess the phrase may indicate the Decepticon's red optics.
