Christmas gift for my dear Taiwanese friend
This is a picture of Impactor and Xaaron, two Autobots from the Transformers comics. If you've already read Last Stand of the Wreckers, then you would probably be more familiar with these two.
The pairings we love/ship are often kind of rare, which means it's really hard to find enough related fanart. Thus, we decided to draw each other's favorite couple and have some Christmas gift exchange fun this winter. Impactor/Xaaron is one of her favorite pairings. They just look so cute and adorable in her gallery...

Your art has become more better than I remember. I have to say, this is a most lovely picture. The eye for detail hasn't dimmed I see, as your lighting and shading effects still create beautiful pictures. I'm very sure that your friend will enjoy her part of the trade~

Lol, I'm not that familiar with these two either, actually. I rarely read comics and I still haven't read the Wreckers series yet, so I simply used my friend's art works for reference while drawing this picture.
(I heard the comics is great, so I'll definitely try to read it someday...

Well, AHM has this S7 government feel to it. I read yesterday (in the comic) that China had Decepticons as part of their army. So did North Korea. It was called "International Conflict" or something with international in it.

I've only read one or two issues of the Spotlight series, so I don't really know what happened to Kup in the comics. Jeez, I really need to read the rest of them when this semester is over...

It makes me wonder what kind of movies those nations would make. The villains in their films would mostly be the western countries, such as U.K. or U.S..

I found this not-so-old Spiderman comic book at a discount store and every section has a different art style. One was sort of realistic, but had those sketchy type edges. I think it involved Venom. It felt like Tim Burton drew them.

So you like the Smokescreen/Devcon pairing? Sometimes shipping a rare pairing isn't that easy. It can be quite frustrating when you try to search for some fanart of a particular pairing and merely get less than 5 results...

Yeah, he seems like a very badass leader of the Wreckers. I haven't read the comics yet, actually, so I simply used my friend's gallery for reference while drawing these two.
(I heard that comic series is pretty amazing, so I'll try to read it when I'm not that busy with work and schoolwork after December...)
