Description
This is my second OC.
The idea for his name came from the idea that he's one of two twins that one is bad one si good so I named the good brother Hikaru which means light, brightness or to shine. his last name comes from my own last name tha is Nieminen and the niemi part translates to peninsula and the japanese last name Mitazaki translates to peninsula so there comes the last name.
His desing is to change when I draw him again cause there are some things that I don#t like and want to do otherwise.
