Time for a sketch dump. Those of you that watch my main account have seen the first half of this. Well I'm pretty happy with these drawings and I'll probably end up inking and coloring most. That will take me a long time though. So all of these are inspired by the drawing I recently put up called Deepest Fear. Here's a description of what's going on in the first half of the page.

I started to think what could have led up to this confrontation with Fear scaring the stuffing out of Anger for all that he's done to him. In the movie there were at least four times where Fear got punched, had his nose pulled, got smashed and burned. For no reason. I so want him to be like the other representations of Fear that I know well and have seen. So today I drew this little prequel I guess. And sequel too. I don't know. If I color this it will be one comic actually. So here's what my bad hand writing says.

3. What the? I can see everyone's fears? And I feel less afraid myself? Am I broken? He must have hit me really hard this time.
4. Not this time. Not ever again.
4.5 The drawing Deepest Fear takes place. And a few scenes leading up to that of Fear entering Anger's mind. The world disappears and he does more to him than just this big tidal wave. I need to draw Anger on his face all washed up literally and almost dead. thagirion.deviantart.com/art/D…
5. Anger: Uh, sorry about all that. I'll uh, try to be less angry.
Fear: Be angry all you want. That's your job. Just don't take it out on me again if I don't deserve it.

So this needs a little explanation too. Remember I have a theory that based on what I've seen in this movie it's likely that Fear is also logic. Though that blows my mind (does not compute. does not compute) because 1. Logic is not an emotion. And 2. Fear is irrational and does not communicate with logic. Ok so if I suspend my disbelief of what it's like in real life and go with this theory (Fear in Inside Out is the only thinking type. He's INTP. Gosh again an emotion should not be a thinking type. Anyway...no wonder he's my fave.) then if fear got these powers he would not necessarily turn evil. He'd enjoy getting pay back time and he's fully capable of killing Anger. Believe me I toyed with the idea. And I like Anger. He's my second fave so you guys know how mean I am to characters I like. So since Fear is logical he would not kill Anger. Just teach him a lesson and force him to respect him. Show him just how powerful he is and not to mess with him anymore. This is why I had them have that last conversation in the last frame. Fear is annoyed by the apology though he's owed it. He just wants to forget it and move on and not have it happen again. Anger needs to be angry when it's justified. Hum, kind of a flip side to the movie's theme that in some cases Anger is justified. But it has to be used wisely and constructively. Not easy to master.

The second page is more random images. Nothing is quite in order I just drew stuff as it came to mind. Anger all washed up in the upper left. Upper right is the path to the subconcious. Next we see the Protein cops.

Cop 1: Who are you?
Fear: I'm Fear. (said in a clam voice)
Cop 2: Fear? You're....you're from Headquarters!

At this point the two begin to both fear and respect him and let him do what he wishes. Nice that he finally is pulling his rank with everyone. Middle right isn't anything. I guess just an expression practice. What I was trying to draw didn't come out so I didn't continue with that. Lower Left

"May-be this wasn't such a good idea". Fear is lost and second guessing his choices.

And lastly the lower right. He's found a destroyed room and says,
"What IS this place?" With curiosity.
