Swablu forSwablu has already been done by some people, but I think mine is the first male ^-^
Anyway, some clarification about his pose: he's sticking his hands into a big, fuzzy scarf around his neck so that only his elbows are visible.
I've had some people I've showed it to be very confused --;

Ah, another one of the few Pokedex entries that is true gijinka and not a furry. A true gijinka should also reflect a human form that you would not look twice at when walking down the street. Bravo, very adorable!

When you explained that, it reminded me of my dad and sis. Whenever I draw elbows, wings, and feet, they ask me if they're breasts or nipples. 
Anyway, this is freaking adorable! Love it! I like how you incorporated Swablu's plumes into this boy's cowlicks and its fluffy wings as his scarf. I like the coloring on his skin too.
