I know, although it may be possible. Check out Project vs J. It's been in the dark for months, but it already has Goku, Luffy, Toriko, and in one scan there is a screenshot of what appears to be Naruto. I hope they add more characters

He's a version of Luffy that never met Shanks, and ended up growing up greedy and selfish. He eventually became stranded on an island where the Gum Gum Fruit washed up on shore. Starving, he ate the fruit without second thought (thus givining him his powers)and was soon discovered by Croc and taken in for training at Baroque Works. He soon rose in power and became strong enough to defeat all of the baroque pirates, even Croc, himself. Once he took over Baroque Works, he decided to call himself Mr X, as he believes he doesn't need a number to signify his might.
He wears an eyepatch because he damaged his eye in one of his previous battles.

I've got several outfits for him (sprites, made him in Soul Calibur IV, etc.) that I don't have an exact outfit yet, but my design in Soul Calibur wears black pants, the eye patch over his right eye, a black vest and I think he has either boots or sandals. I don't remember.

after thriller ark (luffy)
after simon ark (tsuna)
they meet each other (influenced by the destiny sisters) to fight some old enemys (but more powerfull) and to discover a terrible thing about the sayayin ancestors and villains from 1000 years ago.
