Description
A combination of the artwork for Seventh Hokage Naruto and Might Guy, this is my depiction of what "The Green Beast" Naruto would look like if he continued to wear a Nice Guy suit after growing up.
For those of who aren't familiar with The Green Beast Naruto, he originated as a fantasy of Naruto's in the anime, where Naruto imagined what he'd be like if he had been trained by Guy. Like with Gokule in Dragon Ball Z, this version of Naruto was just a brief fantasy, though that didn't stop him from appearing in not only one, but two Ultimate Ninja games.
He debuted in Ultimate Ninja 2, where he was labeled as "Taijutsu Naruto", and then returned in Ultimate Ninja 3, where he was renamed "The Green Beast". Unlike in the Ultimate Ninja Storm games, this version of Naruto was more than just a cosplay of Rock Lee. He actually had access to Taijutsu techniques, such as Primary Lotus (called "Naruto Lotus") and Dynamic Entry (called "Ultimate Entry"). In his first appearance, Green Beast Naruto didn't have an Ultimate Jutsu, however, in Ultimate Ninja, he got his own unique variation of Rock Lee's "Leaf Whirlwind" technique.
The costume was never seen again in the Ultimate Ninja series, though it also appeared in Naruto: The Broken Bond where it was just called Green Suit Naruto.
Anyway, Green Beast Naruto was one of my favorite characters to play as in Ultimate Ninja 2 and Ultimate Ninja 3, and even though it's highly unlikely, I wish he'd return in a future Naruto game.
This image is a tribute to that idea, and I also have plans to implement this form of Naruto into Brawl Legends.
His younger self appears as a variation for Part I Naruto in The Crossover Game.
