I think I have finally figured out on what my ponysona would be, and its a mushroom unicorn scientist. Professor over here doesn't only research about mushrooms, but also other organisms and magic. Also, Professor lives pretty far from Equestria (this is kinda like au level lore lol), and in the place where she lives (Rotten Woods) doesn't pay their research scientists very well...So she has a huge vegetable farm and she also works at multiple schools and one library to actually get a good amount of cash. Also, she makes potions and other magic items to sell. (Some of which being illegal in Rotten Woods but are also very expensive.)

Professor is also...Maybe a bit insane? Either from the amount of work she does or something else.
