Finnick is somewhere around 24-25; Reynolds is 33, but he could pass for younger so I thought it was close enough, lol. Finnick also lives in District 4 and is in the sun a lot, so he'd look a bit more weathered than his actual age. Plus I didn't feel like looking for someone else, so my friend's suggestion of him seemed ok with me.
