Description
Noctur is a happy, playful mulkagra living in the forest with his parents (Flashie and Pumcha ). Unlike them, he was born with his hearing petals partially torn off, thus does not have the best hearing. While he manages to hear some things such as high-pitched sounds, other things like deep tones that are very far away are out of his reach. Because of that, he communicates with his parents through screeching, stomping, and various hand signals.
Since he is very curious, his parents have to be on guard all the time, so that he does not get lost. There are lots of dangers in the forest and Noctur is not aware of them yet. He is just a cub.
Just like his mother, he likes to spout sparkles for fun.
