As I hopefully wait for an update from Nintendo about Majora's Mask 3D, I'm showing my support for the idea by sketching (and trying to color) one character from the game each day."Leeeeave it!"
The well Gibdos! The poor souls cursed by the evil in Ikana's well and left to walk the earth as the life-stealing undead. But you can help them move on, you just have to get them what they ask for! Which are some really strange things. Like bugs. Or bombs. Yeah, I don't know why someone wouldn't be able to move on without a bottle full of bugs, but I won't judge them. This well used to creep me out almost as much as the Kakariko Well.

This place was such a maze... And I got a gamefreeze twice right after I finally got the Mirror Shield. Damn GC collector's edition. I wish I could play my N64 version, but my controllers are too used...

Maybe he wants a bug because it was his dream to have a pet bug and his mother wouldn't let him. It's the only logical explanation.

There is such nice detail in the shapes! <3 I don't know why but I can't stop looking at Links arm and hand.

What scared me the most about kakariko village well, was when navi warned me about the shadows on the ceilings...then I looked at the chains and...I high tailed it out of there.

D: yeah, the decoration in there, even in wonderful N64 graphics, were really frightening. They toned it down on the 3DS, which is kind of too bad because it was less scary to me, but at the same time maybe it's good, not sure they could have kept the E10+ rating with it.

The Kakariko well was the worst. It had the Dead Hand. It scared me so much when I was younger, I thought it was gonna touch Link where no little boy should ever be touched.
And then there were the redeads that almost confirmed my suspicions. Apparently rape is their only attack.

I know there is one, but one person told me you needed one of those Goron bombs and another person told me I had to do something in the castle yard, and I've already gone back...
This game is a bit frustrating because if I get stuck and have to look up a walkthrough, it's nigh on impossible to find my place...

There is a shortcut, yep! And all you need for it is the mirror shield. Go up to the gates of Ikana Castle and then go to the left, you'll find a hole in the wall, kind of trapezoidal shaped. Enter it and to your right you'll sea a sun block and to your left you'll see a crystal switch. Hit the switch to make light shine down and use the mirror shield to reflect it :3 with the sun block out of the way you have easy access to the castle.
