As Scout has to leave town, he didn't wanna say goodbye, but he had no choice. But as he hugs Spy goodbye, tears came down, the same did with Spy.
He didn't want him to leave at all, this is his first time that he actually cried for someone leaving.
As Scout gets on the train, he sees Spy crying and waving him goodbye, he did the same, but he was wanting to get off the train so he can be with him, but the train was already leaving.
As both of their hearts were breaking and tears were falling down from their eyes, there's still hope that they'll see each other again soon and to be lovers forever.
