Description Yay, finally another manip!

No special story behind this image. I just got some muse and wanted to create something that had to do with water.
And of course I had some musical inspiration. Mwahaha.

OneRepublic with "Say (All I Need)".

I know the mane is kinda eww-ish. Oh well. Practice makes perfect, you know

This manip will also be used as a layout on horsephenomena.com - but with credits ON the image itself.
