Description
There is a Serial Killer on the loose in Combat City, and only Nightshade will dare to stop him.The April Fool's Killer strikes only once a year, on April 1st. If Nightshade isn't careful, she will be his next fool-hearty victim.
"City of Fools" will appear in Arcadia Anthology #5 in September.

I hardly see Super heroes' comic covers that scary and this one is great. It portraits that the hero might not make it against such evil villain.
